How to Use
Standard Operation Steps (Based on 1:1 Ratio)
1.Prepare & Weigh: Clean containers, accurately weigh at 1A : 1B.
2.Vacuum Degas (Optional but Recommended): Degas Part A or B (especially high-viscosity models) before mixing to reduce bubbles.
3.Mix & Stir: Stir slowly and thoroughly for 3-5 mins until uniform color, avoid vigorous stirring to minimize air bubbles.
4.Second Degassing: Vacuum degas the mixture again for 1-2 mins.
5.Pour & Cure: Pour slowly into mold, cure at RT (25°C) for 3-5 hrs, or accelerate at 60°C for 20-30 mins.

Precautions for Mold Silicone:
1. Adjust the amount of curing agent based on temperature—reduce it in high temperatures. Excessive curing agent will cause the mold to harden and become brittle; insufficient curing agent will prolong the working time.
2. To prevent changes in mold silicone properties, it is recommended not to add silicone oil.
3. For optimal mold performance, allow the mold to cure for at least 24 hours before use.
