Depends on the mixing ratio, if mixing ratio 1:1, MOQ is 10kgs as our standard packing is 5kgs/barrel, if mixing ratio 2:1, MOQ is 15kgs, and if mixing ratio 3:1, MOQ is 20kgs. For OEM packing, the MOQ for the color printing like color box or label is 1000pieces, so MOQ is 1000sets per time. If this quantity is too big for your single order, you can pay the printed 1000pieces color box and labels, we keep it for your in our warehouse, you can use it for your future orders. According to our experience, we do not recommend you to use your own FEDX/DHL/UPS account to ship sample, this is liquid chemical, if you are the first time to ship this kind of product, you will need a lot of paperwork to do and cost a lot, we suggest to use our cooperated agent to ship sample to save time and cost.

Please offer the photo of the leakage, we will see where the problem is, if leaked because of the shipping, we will claim to the shipping agent. If our bottle leaked by itself, we will compensate you the same quantity leaked.
