- Overview
- Recommended Products
- Visual Casting Control: Crystal-clear transparency lets you observe the entire casting process. No more hoping—you'll know exactly when cavities are filled and if bubbles are forming.
- Platinum Cure Precision: ≤0.1% shrinkage ensures your cast parts match your master exactly. The addition-cure system releases no by-products, eliminating internal stresses and deformation.
- Versatile Hardness Range: Available from Shore A 10 (soft, flexible) to 40 (firm, durable) to match your specific application requirements.
- Excellent Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength up to 7.5 MPa and tear resistance up to 24 kN/m ensure molds last through dozens or hundreds of casting cycles.
- Food-Grade Option: Our FDA-compliant formulation (21 CFR 177.2600) is safe for chocolate, candy, and kitchenware molds.
- Deep Section Cure: Cures uniformly regardless of thickness—ideal for large molds and deep cavities.
Powered by Shenzhen Jianghe New Materials
With 17+ years of polymer expertise and ISO 9001 certification, we manufacture premium platinum silicone systems. Our high transparency series offers exceptional clarity combined with the precision of platinum cure—ideal for applications where visual monitoring and detail capture are critical.

High transparency platinum silicone combines the best of both worlds: the exceptional clarity needed to see into your molds, and the precision of platinum cure chemistry for flawless results.
Why Transparency Matters:
When you can see into your mold, you gain control. Watch resin flow into every cavity, detect bubbles before they become defects, monitor curing progress—all without guesswork.

How to Use
Step 1: Prepare Your Master Model
Ensure the master model is clean, dry, and free from contaminants. For porous materials, apply a suitable release agent or sealer.
Step 2: Select the Right Grade
Choose hardness based on your application: soft (10-15A) for complex undercuts, medium (20-30A) for general use, firm (35-40A) for maximum durability.
Step 3: Weigh and Mix
Accurately weigh Parts A and B at 1:1 ratio. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, scraping sides and bottom. Avoid vigorous stirring to minimize bubbles.
Step 4: Degas (Recommended)
For bubble-free results, vacuum degas for 2-3 minutes. The high transparency makes bubbles visible—degassing ensures professional results.
Step 5: Pour Carefully
Pour slowly from a single high point, allowing silicone to flow naturally and push air out.
Step 6: Cure
Allow to cure at room temperature for 3-5 hours. For faster turnaround, mild heat (60°C) accelerates cure to 20-30 minutes.
Step 7: Demold and Inspect
Remove master carefully. Inspect mold clarity—your transparent mold is ready for casting.

Three Critical Notes
1. Avoid contact with sulfur, tin, or amine-containing materials which can inhibit platinum cure.
2. Store unopened containers in a cool, dry place (15-25°C), away from direct sunlight.
3. For maximum clarity, ensure thorough mixing and proper degassing.
4. Shelf life: 12 months in sealed containers.
5. Test with new materials before full production.
Shelf Life:
Unopened packaging at room temperature (25°C): 12 months. Finished silicone molds can be stored for up to six months without loss of performance.
Storage and Transportation:
1.Mold silicone should be stored at room temperature in a dry, sealed container. Avoid contact with water to prevent deterioration.
2.This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation.
Applications & Project Gallery
A. Resin Art and Epoxy Casting
Artists creating resin art—coasters, jewelry, paintings, sculptures—choose high transparency silicone for the ability to watch resin flow and detect bubbles before they become defects. The clarity also allows them to see when complex cavities are fully filled.
B. Jewelry and Lost Wax Casting
Jewelers use transparent molds to verify that wax has completely filled intricate details before cooling. The visibility reduces waste and ensures every casting captures the intended design.
C. Optical and Lens Mold Applications
Manufacturers of optical components—lenses, light guides, transparent prototypes—require molds with exceptional clarity to inspect for defects before casting expensive optical materials.
D. Food-Grade Mold Manufacturing
Producers of chocolate molds, candy molds, and kitchenware choose our food-grade transparent silicone for its safety and the ability to inspect molds for cleanliness between uses.

FAQ:
Q1: How transparent is "high transparency" silicone?
A: Our high transparency series achieves 90%+ light transmission, comparable to optical-grade materials. You can clearly see through several centimeters of cured silicone.
Q2: What's the difference between platinum and tin-cure for clarity?
A: Platinum-cure silicone maintains clarity over time without yellowing. Tin-cure may yellow with age and heat exposure.
Q3: Can I color transparent silicone?
A: Yes, we offer custom color matching. For applications requiring both color and some transparency, we can formulate translucent colors.
Q4: Is this suitable for food contact?
A: Our food-grade series (C4) is FDA compliant. Standard grades are not recommended for food contact.
